1.Q: Are the welding points easily to get broken?
A: Please do not worry about it. We will test the tensile strength during the production.
2.Q: Are the fences get rust easily?
A: Before painting,the fences must be sand-blasted and cleaned three times: water cleaning-- parkerising-- water cleaning. The powder we use are Dupont or Aksu which are the international famous brands,to ensure the plastic layer beautiful ,firm and smooth, the surface is resistant to ultraviolet and corrosion.
3.Q:If the quality is not met my request, how do you solve this problem?
A: First of all, we don't allow any defective products to leave our factory.We do strict quality inspection in every step and guarantee to reduce the defective rate to less than 0.1%. But if there is any problem, we will guarantee to solve it within 2 working days after your pictures or videos proof.
4.Q. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the courier cost. And all the sample cost will be refunded after you place the order.
5.Q: How long warranty does your company can provided for fence product?
A: Our product can last for 10 years at least. Usually we will provide 5-10 years guarantee.
